Apollo's Fire | The Cleveland Baroque Orchestra with Jeanette Sorrel, conductor

Named “the U.S.A.’s hottest baroque band” by Classical Music Magazine, APOLLO’S FIRE, with conductor JEANETTE SORREL, is a collection of creative artists who share a passion for rhetoric, dedicated to the baroque ideal that music should evoke the various passions in the listeners. They present an electrifying semi-staged production of Monteverdi’s opera Orfeo, based on the Greek legend of Orpheus and his descent into Hades to bring his one true love back to the living world.

Trione Winery Food and Wine Dinner Series

Begin in the tasting room with a white wine reception and then head to the communal dining table where you will be treated like a king or queen and pampered with incredible food and wine. Indulge in a delicious, market-inspired, garden fresh, dinner prepared by Peloton Culinary. Luther Burbank Rose Parade and Festival: Together We Rose

A time-honored tradition in Sonoma County and one of the oldest and largest continuously occurring events in Northern California, the Luther Burbank Rose Parade and Festival celebrates this year with a theme of Together We Rose on Saturday, May 19, 2018, in Downtown Santa Rosa.

This year's theme acknowledges the impact of the devastating firestorms of 2017 which will become another historical moment in Santa Rosa’s 150-year timeline. Award-winning floats, marching groups, non-profit organizations, and school bands will fill the streets with themed entries as they honor Together We Rose and Santa Rosa's strength as a community.
