Wine Road - A Wine & Food Affair

A Wine and Food Affair is a full weekend of wine and food pairings in the Alexander, Dry Creek, and Russian River Valleys. 
All of the wineries participating will have a favorite winery recipe which they will prepare both days for you to sample, along with the perfect wine. Attendees will receive a calendar, tasting glass, and wristband upon check-in.

First Friday Art Walk Guerneville

On the first Friday of each month, view art and join in art receptions all around Guerneville. Art galleries, studios, and merchants will be open until 8 p.m. and beyond. View the work of local Sonoma County, Bay Area, and international artists, and enjoy music, food, and wine. Keep an eye out for street artists and performance art, too!

Farm to Fork Fall Feast

Join Sonoma County Farm Trails for an elegant evening at Atwood Ranch in Glen Ellen. Celebrity Chef Duskie Estes of Zazu Restaurant and Farm will prepare a fabulous meal from organic ingredients grown in Sonoma County and sourced from Farm Trails members. A VIP Reception, from 4 to 5 p.m. with limited availability, will feature a special performance by cellist Zoe Keating, with local artisan cheese makers and craft cider makers.

Hike & Taste in the Vineyards at Kunde Winery

Join Sonoma Valley Docent Bill Myers on a fun, casual and up-close hike through the 1,850 acre volcanic and vertical Kunde Estate. This is a great opportunity to see sustainable winegrowing practices at work while taking in some of wine countrys most spectacular scenery. Bill's tours wind through the estates distinct eco-systems, each one uniquely contributing to the process of sustainable winegrowing. This moderately strenuous hike lasts approximately four hours. The hike will also conclude at the Tasting Room, where invigorated hikers can sample Kundes hand crafted estate-grown wines.

Petaluma Veterans Day Parade

If you like aircrafts, parades, and an airshow, you'll love the Petaluma Veteran's Day Parade! Vintage war birds and sleek air racers fly-in to take part in what has been called the "largest Veterans Day Parade north of the Golden Gate." 

The parade begins at 1:00 but you are welcome to head out early as there will be music playing in the gazebo starting at noon. After the parade, enjoy a Veterans Day Program with prayer, Pledge of Allegiance and more.

Tour over twenty-four wineries throughout Sonoma Valley for this annual celebration. SIFF Wine Cave Dinner

Kick off the holidays with a marvelous dinner in the Benziger Family Winery cave. Enjoy a wine reception and passed appetizers in "The Barn" followed by a 4-course catered, sit-down dinner paired with Benziger wines in the beautiful wine cave. Swedish Lucia Maidens will have a few selected songs to perform and will escort guests by candlelight to the wine cave where the Valley of the Moon Chamber Ensemble will also perform.

Lighting of the Snowman Festival

Be the first to see what the Snowmen are doing this year at the 10th Annual Lighting of the Snowman Festival at Cornerstone!

Sonoma International Film Festival 2015

Now in its 18th year, the Sonoma International Film Festival (March 25-29, 2015) takes place in the heart of Northern California’s Wine Country and features more than 90 hand-selected films including independent features, documentaries, world cinema, shorts and a showcase of Spanish language films. All films are shown at intimate venues within walking distance on Sonoma’s historic plaza. The Festival is dedicated to promoting independent film, supporting filmmakers around the world and inspiring film lovers.
