Bacigalupi Vineyard Designate Tasting
The Bacigalupi family has invited 9 wineries to pour only Bacigalupi Vineyard designate wines together in one event. The selection of wines will range from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir to Zinfandel and Petite Sirah, each wine produced by a different winery but Bacigalupi Vineyard designated. The goal of the tasting is to show the cohesiveness of wines made from a specific vineyard. Each winery the family selected excels in maintaining the presence of the vineyard but expresses individual wine making styles. The event will also feature a varietal food pairing experience by KR Catering.

Wine Country Half Marathon
The 2012 race is SOLD OUT but come out and support the runners and enjoy the festival!
The Napa-to-Sonoma Wine Country Half Marathon is not just a race, its a lifestyle experience! Whether you are a dedicated endurance runner or new to the running mindset, focus your sites on this event as part of your vacation schedule. There are plenty of activities to enjoy in the world famous Napa and Sonoma Valleys and the surrounding San Francisco Bay Area.
Runners from all over the world will start amongst the vineyards at Cuvaison Winery in Napa on their way to a classic finish in front of City Hall in Sonoma Plaza. The course runs through the scenic Carneros wine region passing thousands of acres of vineyards, ranches, the Napa/Sonoma Marshes Wildlife Area, wineries and downtown Sonoma.

Sonoma City Party!
Each year the Sonoma Community Center hosts the popular City Party in Sonoma Plaza in front of City Hall.

2012 Gravenstein Apple Fair
“The sweetest little fair in Sonoma County”
The Gravenstein Apple Fair is hosted by Sonoma County Farm Trails and has a long and rich history in Sonoma County. Sebastopol staged it’s first Apple Show in 1910 on Main Street in a tent across from the Petaluma and Santa Rosa Railway Depot.
This small event celebrating the tart but sweet apple called the Gravenstein became an annual bash occurring every August, focused on showcasing apples and apple products during the peak of their season.
5 and 10k fun run, farmers marketplace, valet bike parking, entertainment stages, health & wellness grove, field games and activities, agriculture and community exhibits, childrens village, food vendors, artisan and crafters and so much more!
